Clean, very helpful staff for tourist questions and otjer. Room very small but to be expected. Location less than 10 min from main Victoria station very practical. Nice and safe neighborhood. Good selection of restaurants pubs and groceries. Travelled with my 80 yo mom who used a 4WW with no issues.

Very helpful staff, arrived in London 930am, and was able to leave bags at hotel to go off in to London for the day, checked in around 9pm. Hotel is 10 mins walk from Victoria Coach station and 5 mins from Pimlico tube on the Victoria line. Location is great, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance but also the area is remarkably peaceful. Room was in great condition, comfy, great shower, great facilities. Had a really pleasant stay. Thank you

The location was perfect. 10 min walking from Victoria station. I need to highlight front desk staff named Neck. He definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Very friendly and helpful.

We booked elsewhere and had to had a nightmare. We saw this place at 9pm friday and they had a room ready for us to book last minute. They welcomed us with open arms staff were super friendly. Room was new and spotless they upgraded us because it was our anniversary. We had 3 days there and loved it.

Absolutely lovely big clean airy room . We were in the basement which was just fab . Fantastic air conditioning which was great as it was so hot outside . Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby . I read that the rooms didnt have tea or coffee facilities but they were wrong thank goodness as we love to make a tea as soon as we wake up. staff very professional and curtious. Let us leave our luggage on check out day while we visited Buckingham Palace . Highly recommend this hotel. Dawn windsor

Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture.
