Every time we visit London, this is the hotel we stay at. Its close to the 401 and malls and loads of restaurants around. The hotel restaurant Vic's, is amazing and well priced meals. ALWAYS have breakfast there. You get a discount at the restaurant for staying at the hotel too. Very clean and modern. Pool is fantastic and they have a small "game/ video" room too.

The room was amazing, I loved the king suite. The pool was very nice however it could have used a little scrub along the rim of the pool and the chlorine seemed quite high. The staff were incredibly helpful, the coffee machine could use an upgrade. The stay was incredible.

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, my husband fell in the shower as the shower floor was very slippery. Hurt his arm which was fortunate lucky it wasn't more serious as he is a senior.

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons. The hotel was very well maintained. Our room was beautiful and it was very clean. The only complaint we had was the sofa bed mattress was not that great. We could feel the springs from the sofa when we lied down on it. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel.
