I stayed in 2 bedroom flat number 4, it is very neat and renovated. The second bedroom is a bit small and has a single size bed which makes the apartment suitable for 3 persons only, not 4. The location is amazing, walking distance from everything; I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment for London

Great apartment, booked no 9 but was given 15 which had a roof terrace & 2 bedrolms so really pleased. Great location near Oxford St, plenty of places nearby to eat & drjnk. Everything in thr aprtment was too quality, id definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Close to city centre and close to several tube stations (Great Portland Street and Goodge Street are closest). Very well appointed apartment, excellent bath/shower, great kitchen. Rooms are a good size with a balcony as a bonus. Drawbacks are the noise, from outside and from other apartments (bring ear plugs for sleeping, and maybe a spare tea towel if you are staying more than a few days.) I would definitely stay here again.

The property is located in a great area and walkable to a lot. We had to relocate to a hotel after a few nights because of a bed bug issue. We had been assured by property management that the issue had been resolved and we didn't cancel our stay but clearly the issue has not been resolved despite their efforts!

Loved this apartment! Clean and comfortable, the apartment was a great size. Really central and a great location. Check in was easy, the email with access codes etc was sent by Hotels.com the day before and made checking in seamless and fuss free. Stayed in apartment 3 and would definitely stay again. My only disappointment is that I travel for work and don’t always stay for more than 1 evening, however it’s understandable that there is a minimum stay.

The apartment is quite spacious and the kitchen and bathroom are almost new. There is a Tesco Express less than a 5-minute walk away and a nice cafe for coffees. Only a 10-minute walk to Oxford Circus. The apartment is let down by quite shabby furniture, in fact the sofa-bed was all but unusable. Also the lift is out of order as was the wifi when we stayed. Footstep noise from the apartment above is also quite loud. Having said that, it is in a lovely and very handy area and some new furniture would give this unit at least 4 stars.

We saw some reviews of the place, and we must admit we got a little scared.. BUT we had a really good stay, nothing to complain about, nice and clean, big and spaceius. It was not far from bars, restaurants, the tube and much more! We would absolutely come back for another stay. We stayed there with a 2 year old, we have reserveted a crib for her but it was not there when we arrived. We called in, and in about 15 minutes we had a crib and high chair, nice service and communication!! :)

A convenient property close to the heart of the city. Spacious apartment for us a family of four. All the amenities one could need to create a base in London. I booked an apartment with a terrace and was given one without it. With no real closure on the issue when I raised it. So do confirm the apartment you are booking is the one you’re getting. Aside from this they were were easy to connect to for anything required.

They transferred us to another property in Fulham because there was an issue with this apartment . Arriving at the other apartment they forgot to put the key in the lock for our check in so we had to wait an extra 30min. We made sure we needed a lift because i was travelling with my parents. The other apartment had no lift and they never asked for assistance to help us transport our baggages. There was no wifi, i contacted the owner and he didn’t respond to it. But he responded fast when we allert him for the missing key. The area was more quiet which i think we would of preferred the soho one. The appartment they give us is bigger and nicer which was very nice of them. And clean too. Besides that everything else was perfect Thank you.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS ! We are 5 families with kids. We have 5 apartments in Fitzrovia by capital. We came to London for 8 nights. We’ve done the reservation 3 months before and i wrote a message that we are with kids don’t cancel it. They cancelled only mine reservation just one day before. İ was shocked!!! We were 4 people with a kid. İ called and they changed my aparment. It was apartment 8. And i was paid for it. But i stayed apartment 1. It was under the building. We could not see anything. They opened a opening sofa it was awful. Really hard to sleep. 8 nights with nightmares. And of course BEDBUGS. İ asked them about bed bugs. They said there is no bedbugs they sprayed. But in my friends apatment it was bed bugs. In apartment 5. My friend went a different hotel. It was really hard for her with a kid. And now she is in contact with fitzrovia by capital to get her money back. İt is hard to get contact with them. The only good thing i can say is : location and cleanliness
