The staff was attentive and kind. There are multiple convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The Paddington station is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Enjoyed our stay very much!

I stayed here during a solo trip to see friends in London. The hotel is near to Paddington station and so has excellent transport links via rail, tube and buses. There are plenty of restaurants in the area. I was impressed by how friendly, welcoming and helpful the staff at the hotel were, especially David and Mirta. Whenever I needed something they or the other staff on duty were on hand to help me. I would stay there again.

Small But Great Location!

The location was perfect! Steps away from restaurants and pubs. Paddington station was only minutes away by foot. The room we had was very small, but I had read other reviews stating they were small. There was no lift and we were on the 4th floor, but again I knew that when booking. If you are staying for a short time it’s perfect for its location. The owner was very lovely!

This is an old but cosy accommodation located very close to Paddington Station. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, but is very well maintained and is kept very clean. The staff were very friendly, and checking in/out was very easy. As a minor precaution, there is no elevator in the hotel, so those that have large or heavy luggage may struggle to carry everything up the long, narrow, and winding staircase up to the room - I definitely got my exercise for the day doing this! Otherwise, the hotel was great and I'd happily stay with them again on my next trip to London.

Comfortable stay

Overall it was a comfortable and clean room with basic equipment, reflected in the price, I would stay here again for a budget room on a short stay, 1 or 2 nights at most. Staff were pleasant and informative

This hotel is very small but very nice. The staff was absolutely wonderful and the rooms were clean. It is very conveniently located both within a bustling neighborhood and to Paddington station. There are many restaurants within a very short walk.

We love this small hotel. Great location 1 block from Paddington train & tube services. Excellent value, nice staff. Many food options nearby in all price ranges. Be aware no breakfast at hotel but not a problem for us. Also this is an older hotel which we like, but not for folks looking for a modern hotel full of Ikea furniture.

The staff are lovely, rooms could do with some TLC (paint, curtains, walls and bed surrounds could do with a wash) and are on the small side but do provide what you need (bed, hot shower, kettle, coffee, tea, TV, hairdryer...). Great location very close to Paddington station.
