The hotel was excellent in every way. Polite and helpful staff, you feel taken care of from beginning to end of your stay. We stayed for three nights and had a small terrace connected to our room. This was great as this was a period with hot temperatures in London. Quiet area, beautiful surroundings.

Couldn’t fault Ellen Kensington for an overnight stay in London. Location was perfect, just off the main road of Earl Court so easy to get to, yet very quiet. Room was well equipped and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend Ellen Kensington anymore for a London stay.

Great location, easy walk with a suitcase from the Underground Earl's Court train station. The small rooms were too small and not functional. No full size mirror outside the bathroom standard mirror, although they did bring up a mirror (not full size) when I asked for an extra mirror so I can do my hair. No outlets in bathroom to plug in a hair dryer, hence the extra mirror. Had to request an iron and ironing board. Very little space to move around and empty space that could have had hooks on wall to hang things up. There were hangers behind the robes but very little space. I was a solo traveler and even for 1 person the space was so tight and not functional that I would not book again.
