Apartment was very clean and modern, staff responded straight away to questions. Overall a lovely place to stay. There is a large Tesco nearby and an easy walk up Cromwell road to the museum’s and shops

Great location, 5 minutes to Earls Court station, which is right inside of Zone 1. Room was super clean. Everything was labeled and room came with all amenities to rest, make a meal, do laundry and have a restful sleep. The place was so clean as if no one has ever stayed there. Spacious enough for two grownups and two kids to stay comfortably.

A beautifully furnished and comfortable studio apartment very centrally located in Earls Court . The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. Unfortunately we arrived in a heat wave and there was little to NO ventilation in the flat and only a fan that could not cool the place. Also we found the check in communication very cumbersome and not particularly clear. It can definitely be simplified . I would however certainly stay here again as the actual apartment is very lovely - probably only in winter though

Room was great and spacious. We did requested towels and more toilets paper for the room with no success until very last minute which was not pleasant. There is no lift and the stairs are not senior friendly. There is also no options to store luggage after the check out which is unfortunate and unpractical. Add one or accommodating requests to increase customer experience is limited.

対応は申し分ないと思う。ソファーベッドを組み立てようとしたら、中から髪の毛やスナック菓子などが出てきて驚いた。2回目に利用した時は、ソファーベッド用のシーツがなく、洋服で寝た。結局その翌日も連絡がうまくいかず、最終的には自分で備品棚に取りに行った。

静かな住宅街の中にあり、ホテルでは経験できない空気を感じることができました。近くにTESCOがあり、食べてみたいものやお土産等を好きなだけ買って楽しみました。歩くのが好きな人には特にお勧めです。
