Location, Location, Location! My wife and I visited London for the first time and chose Durants and would do so again in our next visit. The staff is great & welcoming. I recommend doing the roundtrip airport pickup/dropoff from a private driver that the hotel books for you on your behalf. Once you arrive at this hotel, you are in of the best and safest neighborhoods London has to offer. I would 100% stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Durrants Hotel and could not recommend the property enough! The entire staff was so kind and helpful, and the property itself has the most quintessential British 'boutique' hotel vibes. Would definitely return again!

A very pleasant stay in a nice and quiet area, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of good options. What a great 6 days stay. Lovely historic hotel maintained exceptionally well. Long history of being a hotel and the neighborhood had wonder restaurants and independent shops. The staff was very friendly, we loved the small ‘pub’ bar for a nightcap and breakfast was excellent too. Our new fav London hotel.

A comfortable and characterful hotel not too far from Baker Street tube. The public rooms are very well appointed and pleasant; the table served traditional breakfast was very good. My single room was small but acceptable. The hotel is convenient for the Wigmore Hall and very convenient for the Wallace Collection, which is over the road.

What do you mean by amenities? My room was fine but my daughter’s was not. She was moved to a better one, but it caused some inconvenience. This is a beautiful and historic hotel in a convenient location. The food was excellent and so was the service at the bar.

The room was cheerful and large enough for the two of us to move around comfortably. I appreciated the bathrobes and slippers and that the television came with apps including Netflix. There was no air conditioning but the room had a fan that kept the temperature down. The staff were very helpful- arranging a restaurant reservation, finding a driver to take us to Heathrow. We felt well cared for and look forward to returning to Durrant’s.
