We stayed here as had a function there. I was very pleased with the hotel. Lovely staff. I paid for breakfast, but we slept in & missed the 9.30am cut off time. So but gutted as we paid extra for breakfast. Nice hotel, would return

A family break after a day out at Hampton Court

Check in was a poor start. I really didn't understand what the man was saying, he rushed through everything. We also did not get our free welcome cookie or bottle of water. Wasn't informed of how to access the WiFi & key info wasn't written down anywhere so had to ask again. Then we almost went to the wrong room as the wrong number was written on the card, so the receptionist came rushing upstairs to stop and redirect us. We slept REALLY well. A little train noise but the comfort of the bed put us right to sleep. Air Conditioning was lovely. The receptionist did help us to get that on. Room service was fast. Breakfast was fantastic. Great walks by the river a very short distance away and 7 minutes walk to Kingston Railway Station.
