Had a little duplication, digital key didn’t generate as they needed more info, arrived and provided more info before checkin and heading in to London and then had to provide the same info again when getting back as digital key still hadn’t updated in the app. Nice hotel, good cleanliness, 5 mins from the tube, good spec room. Would stay again

I loved the decor - i'd stayed at the hotel a while ago, and it had been refurbished very nicely since. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area nicely roomy Thank you for a good experience!

After the aircon had been switched off. There was a constant whirring noise from what appeared to be a radiator in the wall close to the bed. We spoke to a gentleman from the hotel who tried to help. Ultimately we were told nothing could be done until the morning and would be resolved. This wasn't fixed and was present for the second night staying here.
