Nice property on the river with free boat ride across the river to explore additional options. Good transportation connectivity to main attractions. Traveling with young kids they were kind enough to accommodate us for early check-in and late check-out. Everything was good except the AC that had issues during our stay but that was temporary I believe.

We booked a family room and was pleasantly surprised - the beds were comfy, the room was clean and spacious - I was very happy it was a 2 room setup! There was a nice TV in each room, charger for each bed but no glassware/cups. The balcony was great but could be a risk for small children and the lock to it was broken, also the air conditioning wasn't working but considering it was September it wasn't too bad. I would definitely go back if I needed to do London in the winter months!

The Hostel was good value for money. The price of the room was very reasonable. The major concern was the way the fire alarm emergency was handled( or not handled) safety must always be priority . I’m not sure it was.

When we arrived we learned about this place is a hostel which I didn’t know when I booked . However , this facility has two sections. One side is hostel , the other side are all rooms. The room itself is spacious, and quiet . I slept very well . The location is absolutely stunning, it’s super convenient with free ferry rides and bus transportation . The only complaint is that the AC unit needs to be fixed and it’s so loud , we ended up opening the window at night at night which was actually very comfortable. The room definitely needs a lot of update . The room is quite old . There is no room service , no coffee machine and refrigerator, I think it’s because this place is operating as a hostel standards even it’s a private room . Other than that we have a great stay no major complaints. Staffing is super helpful and kind !

Based on the price of this hotel, the rooms are quite comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and the view of Canary Wharf is stunning. The staff were very nice and the free boat shuttle was a big plus. The major downfall was no AC in the room, the room was like a furnace. The hotel bar also had a limited selection of spirits, they had no gin available on one of our nights.

the family room was surprisingly spacious with actually two separate rooms; location and condition of the hotel (hostel) are superb; a bit outdated here and there, but nothing that make it anything other than a good stay; perhaps more variety and options for breakfast ;) overall, thank you!!!

The location is amazing. The proximity to the thames crossing and transportation was great. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered. Rude. Lies. Unlike other hostel properties, they have no kitchen, or way to fill a water bottle, which would be OK, if they didn't want to charge high end prices to use their vending machines. Everything is broken.
