The staff was absolutely incredible from the beginning! As soon as our cab pulled up, one of the concierge members opened the door for us, took our bags, and walked us in to the check in desk. Breakfast was delightfully although a bit crowded. Easy walking distance to a fair amount of sights such as Westminster Abbey, Westminster Palace, and Buckingham Palace. Overall, would definitely stay again!

The room's layout is interesting, but some parts are not too practical (like a sink straighnt next to the entrance, which leads to the floor being wet). Issue with elevators - there are four, but for some reason only 1 is moving at a time and it's not possible to use the stairs, as the doors on the first and ground floor are locked.
