Excellent location. Next to the Tower Hill Station. Within walking distance to the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. Plenty to do and plenty of good restaurants around the area. The room needed updates and there is heavy smell of sewage in the bathroom. Excellent hotel breakfast.

The property was just as I expected at a Double Tree hotel. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful. The location was walkable to the metro station as well as several pubs, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and if we are in the area again, we would stay there.

The staff was very friendly, the room with spacious and very clean with all quality amenities. The rooftop bar is a stunning space with an exceptional view of Tower Bridge. Room service had sufficient offerings which were great for in the middle of the night.

Great location, close to Tower Hill station and some good pubs and restaurants. Room and bathroom were clean. Furniture average but well maintained. Staff were the best part, everyone friendly was and helpful, even at a very busy time. I did not go to the top floor bar, which looked like it might be nice. Will probably re-book next time I need to be in City.

Helpful staff, had some sink clogging issues but they remedied fast. Downside was only 1 plug in the entire master room and only on 1 side of the bed so made it tricky. Some wear and tear on the room could be renovated but all in all not bad
