It was an average Doubletree hotel. Close to transportation. I almost slipped and fell several times out of the shower so they may want to look into slip mats or something. Otherwise it was cooool.

The staff were super helpful and helped with every request. The room layout, quality, and cleanliness were perfect. Completely sound proof and quiet and across the road from hide park. I cannot find a single flaw in this hotel and a would recommend anyone book it. There are a lot of houses in London turned into a hotel, I enjoyed the fact that this was an actual hotel, with plenty of space and comfort.

I had night hopes as this was the Hilton brand but was bitterly disappointed. Unfortunately the room had these following faults The air conditioning was faulty,the countertop was badly marked with water stains,the blackout blind was broken,the lower part of the bathroom door was marked and grubby. The breakfast was inedible ,the coldest fried egg I have ever had . While outside on terrace which was used by guests as the bar was closing the door to the restaurant/bar was locked and guests were then told to go around on the pavement and to use the main entrance . I did mention to reception Saturday afternoon about the state of the room,I was told that it would be repaired.I was out for the evening and on getting home that night found that the blind hadn’t been repaired just somehow rolled back up . This hotel really doesn’t live up to the Hilton name

Excellent location across the road from Kensington Gardens about 10 minutes from Queensway and Bayswater tube station, plenty of bus stops nearby, lots of shops, cafes and places to eat, we went in middle of a heat wave so was nice to see free ice pops and flavoured cool water available, check in was no problem and the room was nice with lots of light, comfy king size bed, adequate bathroom, kettle and coffee / tea provided as well as a fridge, it was a nice six night stay

This was a cute hotel in a really interesting neighbourhood. Lots of pubs, shops, and cafes within easy walking distance. Easy walking distance to two Underground lines. Hotel itself was quiet and clean with very friendly staff. We had a couple of problems with our room (shower that wouldn't drain, air conditioner stopped working half way through our stay), but when we mentioned them to the front desk they were dealt with that same day. Sometimes things go wrong and we appreciated that they made things right as soon as possible! The air conditioning was very appreciated since we visited during a heat wave. The downstairs restaurant was cute (and also air conditioned), with very friendly servers and cheaper prices than throughout the rest of London. One thing to note is we were on what is classified as a "Mezzanine" level. This meant we could take the elevators to our floor, but still had to climb an additional set of about 8 steps to get to the level where our room was. This was not an issue for us because we don't have mobility issues but, if you would struggle with a staircase, make sure to mention this upon booking. Overall, we had a great 9 night stay and wouldn't hesitate to book here again.

Hotel didn't give the feeling of being well run. Check in was chaotic with very long queue . This looked like the norm over a few nights and not a one off. Receptionist barley acknowledged me when checking out. Breakfast was very good with helpful and friendly staff (really good coffee). Room was nice, spacious with great air conditioning and shower but looked tired in areas and could have been cleaner. Beds were comfortable, very basic TV with no smart technology. Good location with nice outside bar.

We had 2 rooms. In one room, the AC unit didn't work - and London had a heat wave during that time. In the other room, the bathroom was incredibly small. The staff changed our rooms to somewhat better rooms. Bathrooms were in general less spacious. Water temperature was changing between hot and cold repeatedly during shower.

We moved to this hotel after a huge disappointment with another hotel. Very helpful staff, large room (for London) and spotlessly clean. Bathroom was a bit small, but adequate for our needs. Very comfortable beds. Air conditioning was awesome- we like our room very cool for sleeping and it did not disappoint. We did not do breakfast at the hotel, but had a quick dinner there one night. It was tasty - prices not bad for a hotel restaurant. Hotel Location is great - close to two tube lines and lovely Hyde park is across the street.we really enjoyed walking in the park. Shopping and dining restaurants just a few blocks walk. If you stay here try Kyel Greek bake house on Queensway - we had great pastry and a good dinner there. I wish we had booked this hotel from the start of our trip, and I know we’ll be back.
