Hotel was cute only pro for me was how close it was to the transit trains. How the rooms look in picture to how they are in person big mislead. Room was tiny, closet door was broken curtains were coming off the track, and the rooms could use some upkeep like paint update tvs with apps.

Very well located hotel with oldish modern boutique feel from a while ago. That said, the rebranded hotel has a good vibe and rooms are confortable and spacious for London. Perfect for business new the insurance hub without the overwhelming vibe of the big bands.

The location was excellent, right in the center of the sightseeing area. A beautiful old historical church was right next to the hotel, and the river was also nearby, so it was easy to take a river cruise. Many museums were on the same street within a 10-minute walk, and the Berlin TV Tower was only about 5 minutes away. The hotel was clean, with a nice modern design. The restaurant also had very good food.

Clean room, nice bed and air conditioning was well needed in the heat wave. The staff we friendly upon check in and check out. They have somewhere to store luggage too. I had room service which was nice although it was tricky to order as I have specific dietary requirements and the person taking my order took a while to understand what I wanted. Saying that, my order arrived quickly and was correct. The food was very nice and big portion. I would definitely stay here again.

Carpet was stained. Plug sockets on one side of the room didn’t work so no TV when we stayed. The bed is standard double size so pretty small and also very low to the floor. Didn’t look like the photos when I booked it. Useful location right next to tube though
