After an exhausting day the hotel was much appreciated. Bed was was super comfortable, the room had lovely attention to detail, gorgeous shampoo and conditioners and big shower. Great coffee making facilities and big tv . Breakfast was delicious and overall my stay was fab and will definitely come again!

This was an excellent hotel that met all my expectations for cleanliness, service and more. The hotel is not located in the main tourist hub, but we were pleasantly surprised that it’s right across from a popular mall which is massive with lots of shops and restaurants. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to London.

We stayed for a concert at the O2 rather than paying the stupid prices for the Excel situated properties (most of which need a lot of TLC) and we couldn't have been happier. Transport didn't take much longer than the Jubilee/DLR combo we usually use and the hotel was significantly nicer. Great staff, breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable. Would thoroughly recommend
