Clean and quiet room with a very comfortable true king bed! There was also a mini fridge and two free waters. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Took the shuttle to Terminal 3 upon checkout for around £8 so we didn’t have to roll our heavy bags through the train. Very convenient. The staff were helpful in facilitating that as well as storing our bags when we arrived well before check in. Will stay again!

Excellent place to stay linking to Terminal 4. Very nice rooms and excellent staff. Pillows hard and very poor quality for what one would expect. Breakfast closes at 10 and no food service until 11 am although the bistro staff did offer to sell us sandwiches. Dining room had really good food.

Perfect for a one-night stay before or after a flight at Heathrow. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and provided a restful night's sleep. Excellent hotel, room and location, reachable on foot from terminal 4 and super quiet, even if on a busy road we couldn’t hear anything. Only thing is that the receptionist didn’t inform us that if breakfast is prepaid at the desk is £15, if not it’s £19.99.
