Very nice hotel. Well appointed, very clean. Food and service was great. Biggest let down is it was the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever slept on - it was so hard, we did not get a good rest which was super disappointing. Hopefully they update their mattresses as I’m sure this is not the first complaint on comfort.

This was an excellent hotel. It was right at terminal 4, so an easy train ride to all other terminals. It was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. They gave us an upgrade without us having to ask. The breakfast was very well done. Overall, a wonderful stay at Heathrow airport!
