Lovely little apartment in a fantastic location, Everything you need on your doorstep. Could do with a few oven trays but otherwise kitchen is good for cooking in. Would stay again.

The apartment is well located, close to underground and bus stations, making it easy to reach London’s main attractions. The Paddington area is lively and offers plenty of convenience stores within walking distance. The accommodation is clean and comfortable. A few additional kitchen items would be appreciated. A bath mat and a kitchen cloth would also be useful additions.

Perfect location with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Perfect base. Just needed a plug for the bath and a couple of condiments would have been useful like salt and pepper. Toilet didn’t flush properly

Simon was great helping us check into the apartment, the location is great, just a few minutes walk to the nearest underground station, location was quiet and the amenities were very generous. Lovely place to stay just needs a little TLC as some areas of the apartment are starting to show sign of wear. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was not too far. Only complaint is that we had to call the host to be let in. We were traveling international and had no way to call. Requested ahead of time and was told we had to call. Luckily our taxi allowed us to use his phone. We would stay again.

It is a brilliant location next to Oxford Street, Hyde Park etc however it is a very noisy area and can hear everything in other flats above and under. The flat could do with being freshened up also. Staff is very helpful!

The apartment is very outdated bedsheets and towels are clean but couch is dirty and old and very uncomfortable to sleep on and the same I will say about toilet it’s old and looked dirty kitchen looked clean but we didn’t use it There is no air conditioner and they put some fan and it feels like warm air is blowing .The most important there is no elevator and stairs are very steep and narrow if you have luggage or you are on wheelchair it’s bad I will not recommend to anyone

Central location that felt safe, friendly staff and easy check-in process, and comfortable bed. Would have been a wonderful stay except there was no hot water - ice cold shower was not nice at all. I messaged the staff to let them know and my message has been completely ignored. Disappointing.

L'emplacement est idéal, à moins de 10 minutes de la gare de Paddington. L'appartement est juste correct, il est de taille satisfaisante mais possède quelques défauts, la pièce d'eau est petite et la cabine de douche serait à remplacer. La cuisine est équipée mais il y a peu d'ustensiles si on veut faire à manger. La literie est correcte et le canapé lit permet de dormir à deux confortablement mais l'ensemble mériterait un petit rafraichissement. Pour résumer un appartement qui mériterai des amélioration pour être parfait mais si on regarde le prix alors il est cependant très satisfaisant. Je dirai un bon rapport qualité prix dans l'ensemble avec des amélioration possibles.

The location of the flat is great - very convenient - and the price reflected the reality of the flat's condition. I didn't use the kitchen, so can't comment on that, but the sofa was comfortable to sit on. The living room and bedroom had enough space to move around, and it was great there was a hairdryer: that's often overlooked! The matttress was unfortunately very uncomfortable: I repeatedly woke up because of the noise and slope of it. The bathroom is fine, but not as high as spec as the photos would have you believe. More generally, the photos provided do not to show you your flat in its entirety: they're seemingly taken from a variety of flats in the same block, so just be aware of that. We had to wait for someone to arrive to let us in, so factor this in when you're asked to let them know when you're on your way (they need about 30 minutes notice, which we gave them). The person who let us in was friendly and clear with instructions.

Positivt: Perfekt beliggenhed, nemt til metro, roligt område, nem og venlig indtjekning. Vi fik svar på vores spørgsmål. Negativt: lejligheden er ikke til mere end 2 personer når det gælder senge. Sovesofaen er ubrugelig til at sove på. Du mærker alt under dig, lameller, fjedre og du mærker fordybning hvor andre har siddet/ligget. Det du skal slå ud for at ligge på den sidder ikke sammen med sofaen og glider væk fra sofaen så snart du bevæger dig. Sengen i soveværelset er smal, men ok. Vinduerne er meget utætte, det trækker ind, de klapper når det blæser så du ikke kan sove, du hører alt fra gaden som om vinduet står åbent. Køkkenet er dårligt vedligeholdt, skabene hænger totalt skævt. Hele lejligheden er skæv og hælder mod siden. Badeværelset er ligeledes dårligt vedligeholdt. Siden på badekarret faldt af mens vi var der( hang næsten ikke fast da vi kom).

Check-in was straightforward, someone came out quickly after a phone call to a customer service line. The main issue was that the apartment did not match the listing. The advertised sofa bed for two had apparently been replaced with a much smaller one. Even unfolded, it was too narrow for two people and too short for an average-sized adult. We were travelling as 2 adults and 2 kids and chose this apartment expecting a usable sofa bed. Fortunately, we had travel mattresses in our car, which our children slept on. On the first night we found small pieces of broken glass on the bedroom floor. I cut my foot on one. The floors were dirty, leaving our socks black, and some cutlery still had food residue on it. The trash bin was missing its lid, and only one trash bag was provided for our five-night stay. I reported these issues the next morning and was promised a same-day clean-up, but nobody came. After a second phone call, the floors and cutlery were cleaned the following day. The trash was removed, but no replacement bag was provided. The location is excellent for visiting London, and the kitchen was well equipped. However, the apartment is in an old building with uneven floors and a very narrow staircase. Storage space was limited, and there was no shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. The apartment is fine for 2 people but feels cramped for 4. Overall, we were reasonably comfortable, but the cleanliness issues, poor follow-up, and misleading sofa description were disappointing

I was very disappointed with this Airbnb. The property is in need of a complete refresh and does not reflect the quality shown in the listing. It felt outdated, and several aspects of the accommodation were worn and poorly maintained. The noise level was also a major issue, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. The fans were old and ineffective, which made the space uncomfortable, especially in the heat. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations, and I don’t feel it offered good value for the price. I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it unless significant improvements are made.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Size of the property and location was great. Only down sides, the toilet didn’t flush properly and the bathroom had no floor mat. I actually slipped in the bathroom and buried my leg due to the floor being so wet and the bath being slippy. So wasn’t too happy with that. If them things could be amended it would really push my rating up.
