The only reason i’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff was very helpful. Cleanliness is a big issue at this hotel, I should not be charged over £100 a night to have dried bodily fluids on the wall next to the bed, carpet un vacuumed and very stained, toothpaste spit all over the mirror, or small bugs in my room. Luckily no bed bugs but absolutely unacceptable. I was moved rooms and told it would get a ‘deep cleaning’, but the bathroom trash wasn’t even taken out? Nice location and kind staff but that’s about it.

The property is in a great location for transportation to all the attractions. Sangit was so amazing , every night we came back to the hotel, he asked how we were and checked in to see if we needed anything. The only issue we had was with the stairs… next time we would ask for a room closer to the elevator. The charm of this hotel is so nice to stay at. You really feel like your are in old England

The room was great, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the actual property is a little awkward to navigate especially with large heavy bags as there are many small steps up and down to get to the room.

The room was as pictures. Very nice and maintained. The bathroom was very clean and stand up shower had excellent water pressure. The room was minimal, which is what we wanted. Bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was great and helpful. We would return again.

Clean room, got a lovely balcony, breakfast is decent, location is great, it's just next door to Kensington Garden. Close to Queensway road where there are a lot of cafes and restaurants. Definitely will stay in this hotel in near future.

Close to Paddington Station and Hyde Park. A quaint hotel in the heart of Paddington area. We were upgraded to a suite on the 2nd floor that had a balcony. The room was spacious and newly renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a reasonable price at $12-$13 euros. Bus stops close. Had a little cardio and free weight room. Would stay again.

The property is in an excellent location. Unfortunately the room we were allocated was on the top floor (7th) which didn’t have any windows, just a skylight. Though the room was a reasonable size it felt very boxed in and claustrophobic. The lift also did not reach this level. When I asked to be moved I was told there were no other rooms available. The following morning we were offered another room however we had already left for the day. As we were checking out the morning after, it was not worth returning. When I spoke to the hotel I pointed out that I would never have booked a hotel room without a window and this should be made clear upon booking.

Staff were excellent. Every one of them were very polite with a superb attitude. One or two strange concepts like they have coffee available in the lobby 24/7 but no milk or cream options. Breakfast only had hard boiled eggs on offer, however, if you ask for it, they will happily prepare scrambled or fried eggs, too. Overall, the staff made it a very pleasant stay and considering the great location, it was very reasonably priced.

Front desk staff allowed to me check in very early, and upgraded me to a better room due to my lengthy stay. Room was nice, although there was some mold in the shower. It was like pulling teeth getting extra toilet paper from housekeeping. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay again due to the value, location, and friendliness of staff.
