We have stayed at many London hotels and this was by far our favorite. The rooms were generously sized, clean with AC and offered unlimited water bottles which saved us a fortune. We had already been traveling for a while so the complimentary washer/dryer was a lifesaver. The location was perfect, we found it be the center of all our exploring needs. Surrounded by restaurants, the tube system and bus stops made this hotel so convenient. We plan to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

My room was on floor 7 with a beautiful view of St. Paul’s Cathedral. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel itself, is in a great location and the staff are warm and welcoming. I loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent one night stay for husband’s birthday. At check in I mentioned I’d requested an upgrade online, they immediately granted this and upon hearing it was a birthday sent up wine & snacks which was a lovely touch. King room was spotless and comfortable. Location excellent for a night out in Covent Garden without the heaving crowds. Air con is not powerful but this is typical for UK hotels which have not had to contend with recent temperatures. Amazing value for money.

The air conditioning was very loud and also blows under the window so with the curtains closed most of the cold air goes to the windows. It’s in a great location though. No free biscuits with tea making which. Decent sized towels though which I loved. Bed was big and very comfy. For the price I paid (not full price) it was great but I at full price I’m not too sure.
