Perfect location, with Bank and Monument tube stations nearby (links to almost all tube routes), from arrival to departure the staff cannot do more for you, very pleasant room with all necessary amenities and lovely decor, coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel, this hotel is a true gem and we would like to stay there every time when we visit London.

I was a solo female traveler and felt very safe here and in the surrounding area during the day, however did not venture out at night so cannot speak to this. It was clean and peaceful. Staff was not bothersome and room service was great! Would stay here again.

Positives: comfy bed, clean, good location, free water Negatives: noisy at night. Construction works opposite the hotel. I called room service to close the outer window to help block noise ( this was after midnight) and was told someone would come right away. No- one came. I'd put this hotel on a par with Travelodge albeit with a more modern and inviting aesthetic and feel.

Great location and quality throughout We stayed here for a weekend and came away really impressed. The location was ideal — easy to get to and close to everything we wanted to see. The room itself was well appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was wonderfully quiet, which made for a really restful break. Overall, a hotel we'd happily recommend and would stay at again.

The hotel was in a perfect location close to food and drink and all landmarks. Minutes away from London and Tower Bridges. St. Paul’s Cathedral was a 10 min walk away. The staff at the hotel was top notch. A BIG shout out to Roxane who was above and beyond attentive to all our requests and needs. Highly recommend Club Quarters Hotel.

A very small room which was turned over daily and kept clean, qhich was good. The room really needed a fridge of some description as thos would have allowed us to keep food items we could access during our stay. Also would liked a sheet on our bed to help manage the temperature dueing the night.

This is a really lovely hotel and in a good location. It is nicely decorated and the toiletries in the bathroom are very nice. My only gripe is that the rooms were a lovely size but the beds in comparison were quite small. Lovely comfortable pillows but I couldn’t get over the size of the bed. I’m only 5 foot 7 but my husband is 6 foot 4, we are not large people but we struggled to sleep due to the size of the bed. Also, there is nowhere to hang your clothes as there is no wardrobe or hangers which I also found a bit odd and slightly annoying. The staff upon arrival checking in and checking out were very nice so can’t grumble. Overall, really nice and stylish property but could do with improving bed size
