I didn't see the staff much, because we really didn't need them much. It was a pretty self-sustainable place to stay. You have to do your own laundry, but that wasn't an issue because the cost was great and the place was very clean. It was a comfortable stay!

The kitchen set up was great - nice sized refrigerator, several pans, adequate knives and cutlery. 2 washers and 2 driers which worked well. Bed very firm but comfortable. Close to tube, dining, large grocery store, and British Museum. Walkable to St Pancras train station as well. Only down sides - narrow winding stair to carry bags up, no lift access.

Small but very clean and cool basement room, right around the corner from the Russell Square tube station. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. I'm coming back again next week! If I had any complaint I would say that the shower floor is slippery, so take care. For a single person staying alone this is a perfect spot. It's very quiet. Tip: when you go up the stairs to the street level, there's a small button you can press to unlock the security gate. The first couple of days that I stayed there I reached over the gate and entered the code manually, which was awkward.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. It was a hot week and the air conditioning was a gift. We loved everyone who we met who managed this property and they were able to get us into our room early which made such a huge difference in the quality of our trip. The apartment was exceptional in cleanliness, good space and comfort and high standards altogether. The location was just fantastic for us. We were on the second floor which doesn't have access with a lift which we knew at the time of booking and does need to be considered. Feedback (not complaint) - kitchen scissors would be good in equipment drawer. We enjoyed our stay very much.

No lift and we were on the top floor. Check-in could not have been easier. Check-out was also easy and they held our luggage until we came back. The bathroom was tight, but the unit was very spacious. Everything was new and very clean.

This property was perfect for my first time in London. The area felt safe and was beautiful. My room was neat, up to date, and comfortable for my friend and I. The area has two close Underground stations for easy transportation. There are nearby parks great for a walk or picnic. There are also many dining option in walking distance. Communication was excellent.
