We had a great stay at the hotel, our room on the 7th floor with a bath and a view of Wembley Stadium was perfect. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We were visiting for a friends 50th and organised through the hotel a celebration package which included balloons, chocolates and a hand written card which was a lovely final touch. We had dinner in the hotel which was really good and there was a lot of choice for breakfast. Also It’s a really convenient place to stay if heading to an event at Wembley. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

A really good mid-market option in Chiswick. Priced similarly to those purple branded chain hotels but with a WAY better offer in terms of room size, facilities, and a definite sense of quality. We won’t hesitate to stay again and will certainly consider other Clayton hotels, although I believe they are predominantly in Eire.

Perfect stay at the Clayton. Rooms were great size, comfy beds and well stocked. Hotel staff were fantastic and very professional. Nice and close to Gunnersbury and Turnham Green tube stations. Fitness Center was excellent. Cable machine was older but in perfect working condition! Would really recommend adding the breakfast. GLuten free options, tons of fresh fruit, excellent coffee (americano machine!)

Generally, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel -the room was spacious and well maintained, the hotel is near a tube stop, a number of good restaurants within walking distance. My only slight complaint is with the breakfast, which was good but not great, and could have varied a bit more from day-to-day.

The room was lovely and clean and very spacious . The staff were all helpful and friendly . The room we had on the ground floor had a window but no view. But they put a nice display outide to make it pleasant. It wouldve been nice to have a mini fridge in the room . The breakfast was good value and tasty although the hash browns were a little dry but everything else was delicious. I would definitely recommend. Oh and the food in the restaurant was delicious.

Great location in a quieter part of town but walking distance to the underground, the botanical gardens and a lot of nice restaurants by the river and high road. Spacious rooms but they were not very clean when we arrived, stains on the carpets, there was garbage under the bed and the sink wasn't draining properly. We also had a security scare where in the middle of the night, people we didn't know knocked at our door several times and didn't leave. Calling security two times and letting the phone ring a long time no one picked up even though the reception the next day said that security is available 24h. All in all, the area is very nice to stay in if you don't want the hustle of the city but the hotel experience was not so great.

Only hitches were difficulties adjusting the heating system in the room on arrival, and not being directed to the designated breakfast area in the morning - so waited in the dining area! The Clayton Hotel Chiswick is a lovely place to stay! We stayed for 2 nights in July. The room we had was very nice. It was air-conditioned which was welcome during the oppressive heat wave. Our room was a one bedroom with a desk, chair and additional seating area. The bathroom was quite opulent, with a beautiful soaking tub and separate shower! The hotel itself is a short 3 block walk to the Gunnersbury tube station. It's then a 30 minute ride into central London. The staff even let us check in early because we arrived on the red-eye flight from New York and were extremely jet lagged! All-in-all, it was great stay. We highly recommend it!
