My 3rd or 4th stay here. I really like having coffee, drinks, etc. available 24 hours in the attractive common area. Very good breakfast, Friendly staff, including the guy who checked me out at 5 am today (didn’t get your name). Room very clean and functional.

It was my first time at this hotel and I absolutely love it. The staff was amazing and friendly. The location was beautiful and close to so many amazing restaurants and shops. Overall, 10/10. I cannot WAIT to comeback to London and stay here again. Thank you CitizenM! Shoreditch was amazing!

The rooms were spotless, the bed was so big and comfy with extra pillows if needed, loved the colour changing lights in toilet/shower room. There was loads of room and the lounge area and seating was real groovy right up my street. Staff were happy to help at all times and really nice and pleasant. Loved my stay

I didn’t really have many interactions with staff as my partner checked in before me. The location is perfect close to Shoreditch high street station, the air con and fridge were a big plus, the rooms was small but perfectly formed had everything you needed and very good value for a weekend stay.
