My new favourite hotel whenever I come to London !, I love the citizenm vibe and design of the rooms , yes they are compact but for a single traveller like !e it's very handy, the mood lighting in the room , shower wash area, excellent, Staff friendly and helpful there are good choice of restaurants, bars , coffee shops near the hotel walking distance Evan a marks and Spencer opposite which was handy , the hotel does have its own food and beverage area with plenty of seating to choose from, rooms super quiet which was handy for my sleeping , very much enjoyed will return again in the near future 😊😊👍👍

Had a fabulous time staying at CitizenM Bankside. The air conditioning was a great help with the heatwave conditions. Staff as always, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a great choice to set you up for the day and we had a very delicious evening meal from the restaurant a couple of times. Lovely ambience in the communal lounge area, quirky. Highly recommend a stay.

Excellent hotel. One elevator was broken but rooms were clean, breakfast was great and staff were wonderful. One challenge is IPad made turning on captioning impossible for accessibility but the connection to lights and blinds was fun.
