We had a studio room . The reception staff were kind enough to let us check in a bit early as a room was available. The room with kitchenette and bathroom were very clean and comfortably luxurious without being over the top. The layout was spacious and well appointed and the every aspect thought through well. We were pleasantly surprised for such amenities in London without breaking the bank, Air-conditioning WiFi, shower water pressure all worked very well. Freshly ground coffee in the foyer. Location is good for travel to central and outskirts of London. We plan to use Citadines Kensington for future London trips

The front desk was super kind and accommodating. The lift was a bonus with our luggage and elderly mother. We were very comfortable on our stay, bed and sofa bed were both comfortable. Safe hotel, safe area. Close to museums and places to eat. I absolutely recommend this hotel location

The room was clean & spacious. The hotel location is great with tube station nearby. The only issues we had with the hotel is the shower rod is placed too far inside the shower, which makes the shower very narrow. So when showering the shower curtain sticks to you. The carpets in the hallways need cleaning.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and booked a suite. The master bedroom was upstairs along with the bathroom, but everything was very tight and small, which I guess can be expected in London. The hallway in the entrance was very tight to use so in reality, the square footage advertised is not accurate. They offer free coffee however they were always out of cup each time we went to get coffee in the lobby. We had to bring our own cups from our room, which was an inconvenience. Also, the quality of the toilet paper and Kleenex is very poor. The biggest benefit is the location. It is walking distance from nice cafés and restaurants as well as major attractions.

Staff were 10/10, all very friendly. The hotel is well positioned for an easy walk to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Gloucester Road, South Kensington and High Street Kensington are very close for tube stations. There is a Whole Foods Market super close. We chose to get food from there and eat it at the park and hotel rather than have sit down meals with the kids. This worked perfectly. The hotel is in a perfect location for the museums. It was lovely not having to get the tube to those activities. The condition of the apartment was a little bit of a let down for me. The pictures looked like the apartments were modern and fresh. A lick of paint would be welcomed. The kitchen was clean, bathroom looked a bit tired. Overall satisfactory but I did feel like the photos were a misrepresentation of what I actually got. Perhaps some of the rooms have been renovated. Overall we loved the stay and I must say the beds were really comfy, even the sofa bed was fine. I would stay here again.
