I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is extremely comfortable and clean. There is always someone available at the front desk if you need something. The apartment is stocked with all the essentials including bottles of water, tea, milk, and coffee which we greatly appreciated. Several reviewers mentioned they could hear the train. You could hear the underground train pass by every so often, but it didn’t bother us at all. It's actually a very quiet neighborhood. The Gloucester Tube station is about half a mile or a 10 minute walk away. There is a grocery store just down the street and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in London!

Family vacation with two adults and 3 kids. Had great communication leading up to the trip. They were able to accommodate all of our requests: early check in, late check out, arranged transportation, assisted with groceries, and even gave us a room upgrade! There were many quality hotels on Cromwell Street, block and a half away, but that street is noisy and congested. Lexham Gardens is quiet, luxurious and it had its own private garden in the back and a garden square across the street. The staff were wonderful and accommodating.
