We love it here our 4th stay this time we booked the two bed apartments was wonderful staff so helpful and friendly Only negative was ice machine didn’t work and the plug in roll top bath wouldn’t close so couldn’t use the bath & for £800 really should have a working bath We still world visit again but I would check in advance they were working

I was never told that it is not a normal hotel; they have several independent properties which they refurbished and rent. I had to climb 3 floors in an old house to get to my room, there was no elevator. This is something they should tell in advance, I would not have rented it if I knew. The rooms have a very unique and well done decoration, a beautiful bathroom and all amenities as expected. Nevertheless the room was terribly dark and light did not go further on as programmed which made it difficult to be there. Then, the windows are not isolated so I woke up 6 times during the night because of the very loud noises ( ambulance, drunk people shouting, empty bottles dropping in a bin, etc...) It was a nightmare really. Too bad, because it is a unique place, very well located and they have done it very tasteful, but not functional at all.
