Pros: clean hotel with excellent location. Cons: the entire hotel is under construction, meaning you will have scaffolds outside your window and you'll hear construction work starting around 8am. Also, if you have dietary restrictions, the breakfast is not great.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the hotel.The staff were very helpful and friendly and everything we needed was available.The breakfast was brilliant and everything you would need.The only small downside was our shower only had cold water but that's really much it!!

The room was located in a different area of the hotel, which was not as advertised. There was no lifts, so we had to carry the suitcases in the escalators. It was clean but had a weird smell, it was also next to the outside dumpster alley. The location of the hotel was good, near to more than onde station.

The hotel was under renovation when we stayed for a 5 day vacation. That did not bother us as we were out during the schedule d work time, the location is excellent, walkable to Kensington Palace , many restaurants, Hyde Park and 2 underground stations. I would stay again

The stay went very well until there was a power outage and everyone had to evacuate. May have been related to the construction which to be fair I was aware of. Re-booked by the staff into another hotel efficiently. Overall the staff and the stay was excellent.
