Hotel is lovely and quiet, nice service and comfort. No fridge which is a shame and I no sockets by the bed gets on my nerves but nice for what we needed.

Great hospitality! Our room was very clean and the staff was very courteous and accommodating! The hotel is located in a very quaint and safe neighborhood and only a ten minute walk to Paddington station and five minutes to the 94 bus. Highly recommended !!!!!

Convenient, great staff, aesthetically adventurous

Have stayed here before. Lovely, tree-lined street near Paddington. Very walkable. Friendly and helpful staff. Room not very large, but comfortable, quiet, and modern. Mosaics in lobby and public spaces from Roman times, combined with spare decor, make for a very interesting and inviting aesthetic. Would stay again.

Lovely Hotel, Lovely Staff

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. The rooms were really nicely decorated and were really comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again without hesitation. A kettle in the room would be the only thing that I would have wanted - there is a coffee machine, but personally I would prefer a kettle to make tea rather than heating the water through the coffee machine.

The hotel is very local and the service was exceptional. The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are on the small side with luggage it gets crowded. We had a few items which needed attention and it was done in a very fast turn around.

Great hotel. Booked a single room and i must say that the room and bed were bigger than some double rooms in London. The room was spotless with a big shower. The staff were fantastic and so was the breakfast. The street is very quiet and only a short walk from either Paddington, Lancaster Gate or Queensway transport links. Would definitely stay here the next time I'm in London.

Great hotel, close to everywhere you need to be in central London. We unfortunately were in one of the unrenovated rooms, so it was very small, and there were no outlets near the beds, but the hotel itself was fabulous. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay again, hopefully after the renovations are completed.
