The hotel is in an excellent location. It is close to shops, public transportation, parks, etc. My main priorities are always cleanliness and a good bed. Our room was clean and there was sufficient space for the three of us. The beds were comfortable as well. I would certainly recommend it to others!

My booking at another hotel fell through and I booked this hotel last minute. The gentleman on reception was so kind and helpful that I felt a sense of peace and he even upgraded me to a larger room which I didn’t really want or need (I just wanted a bed) but it turned out to be amazing. The hotel is very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly and there is an added bonus of being close to tube station and restaurants nearby. As a female traveller I think this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in in London for a sense of safety and peace. This will be my choice for future stays in London.

need a last minute affordable hotel same day. I booked the single room, but was upgraded. Room was small but functional and the air con was very effective, which was appreciated on one of the hottest days of the year. Wifi was decent, water in the room, hot water with decent shower. For the money was very acceptable. Location really good for central london and the tube. The staff on reception were polite and helpful. The room and bathroom was very clean and there was a decent iron available. Bed was adequately comfortable.

The location and the place is great. It had everything for the stay. The place is clean and the staff are attentive especially at the breakfast. The breakfast is good with both hot and cold variety. We stayed in room 208 and the air conditioning was working well but made a constant noise spoiling the sleep. 4/5 stars because of the AC noise.

I made a last minute switch to this hotel when the original one I booked didn’t have AC on a 95 degree day. They let me check in early and even upgraded my room for free.
