I had a great stay at this property in London. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they're perfectly suited for solo travelers and make great use of the space. The property was very clean, and everything I needed during my stay was provided and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions. One of the biggest highlights is the location, it's in a fantastic area with easy access to transportation, restaurants, and attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. I would definitely stay here again for a solo trip!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Both the communal spaces and the room were very clean. The room had very effective air con and a comfy bed. The little kitchenette was great, though the plug didn't hold the water, despite pushing it in as far as it could go which made washing up difficult. There also wasn't a draining board or kitchen towel so drying things was even harder than washing them! The toilet made a crazy noise every time it refilled. It did make me wonder if the next flush would lead to something self destructing.... There's a coffee shop amd gym, both belonging to the same company over the road and Aldgaye East Station is 2 minutes away on foot. Overall our stay was great, next time we'll bring a kitchen towel and a washing up bowl haha. We'd definitely stay again if we're in London.

The rooms ARE small, but they are comfy, VERY well equipped, clean, and the location can't be beat! The bed is especially comfortable and the shower is amazing. We do wish we were able to adjust the air con on our own, but we were there during a heat wave. We would definitely stay there again.
