Highly recommend, it is probably the best property I have been to and I travelled quite a lot recently. It is nice to be welcomed with small details like the reusable water cups, ear plugs (building is in a noisy area so its a nice touch) and welcome card. Just maybe few more tea bags/coffee. Beds comfy and rooms warm, large and clean.

Great place. They have a good, responsive chat AI I think? Answers all questions promptly and accurately. Excellent location with easy tube access. And Great property in the middle of london. Saved us a lot on breakfast because we would easily cook in the kitchen. Although, I would say travel light as there is no lift/elevator and to fetch heavy suitcase up the stairs was a workout. But otherwise Great place.

Its not bad. A little dirty. They provided us fans during the heat wave which were rather dirty. There was also an eggy smell coming from the boiler/laundry room which was gross at best and mildly concerning at worst. The check in was good and the team was responsive. The most baffling part was that the living room windows cant be opened as its a double pane system. We were there during a heat wave and we were all forced to migrate to the bedroom since there was no way to cool the living room over night, as it reached unbearable heats over the day. Overall it was okay and the team was very responsive, but probably won't stay again.

Great option in a convenient location

Great location and well equipped, comfortable apartment. No lift so be prepared for stairs. Very helpful staff and nice touches to make it feel like a home from home. Would recommend and stay again.

The property is on a busy street in a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There are lots of options for food, entertainment, and access to multiple Underground stations within a few minutes of the front door. The staff were accessible online, answering questions reasonably quickly. I would recommend staying here to anyone, but make sure you have earplugs for nights.

We love Bob W! It is clean, comfortable and cute. It even has a washer/dry in the room, which is a huge plus for people who want to trave light but want to wear clean clothes-- just I wish I knew it when I booked the hotel. It is also very considerate to provide the UK power adapter whcih is another huge plus. The only thing we don't like it the low water pressue in shower, and tube bottom is not flat and presents risk of falling when taking shower.

Just perfect!

Wonderful, comfortable stay in london! Will definitely be back. The apartment was just perfect, and the team is incredibly responsive if you may need anything. The bedroom is larger than a typical hotel room, plus there is a full kitchen and living room area with a pullout. Our son slept on the pull out but it was honestly the most comfortable sleeper sofa mattress I’ve ever felt, so would be perfect for an adult too. The bed in the bedroom was SO comfortable. We had two amazing nights of sleep. Can’t beat having laundry too. The nighborhood is very cool and well-connected. The extra little perks like an Instax Camera to borrow (with film!), a tote bag, and cookies took the stay over the top. Loved everything about this place!!!! You’d have a hard time finding anything in this price range with this level of comfort. Thanks so much!!!!

To begin with we didn't realize that there wasn't a lift. Carrying luggage for a family of five was difficult. Second of all there was hair on the floor of our apartment. (We had 2) The one apartment was on the street and the noise was bad. Air didn't work so we needed windows open. The apartments are spacious and the bathrooms are nice. The washer worked well but the dryer not so well. On the second day our code didn't work. We called four times and got no answer. Emails are answered on the second day which is fine unless you are locked ouit. Finally another person opened the door but we were still locked out of our rooms. I don't think I would ever again stay at a place that didn't have an on-site person. But we knew that going in that there was not going to be one. Close to the Tower of London so that was convenient. Restaurants are plentiful and varied around so that was a plus. All in all, just not my cup of tea. The next time I will go with a place that has a front desk person and someone to take care of the kinks. I am sure for most people this would be a great place.
