Everyone was kind and accommodating. The room was rather warm and the staff helped in getting this resolved somewhat. The rooms are smallish but adequate and nice.

This hotel was perfectly situated near the WestEnd. Everything was walking distance. I had the single bed room but I didn't feel cramped, but I am also not a tall person. The breakfast had good variety and the busy road was not very noticeable when in the room.

Location is great, very close to the British Museum and metro. Clean, recently renovated, well decorated even of the room is super small. Excellent value for the money.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly staff, clean bedrooms (but on the small size) and pleasant surroundings. Quite near a tube station. The top was to have a continental breakfast included which is almost unique in London ! We will come again !
