Really enjoyed the breakfast options, loved having the lift option for our top floor room, staff was friendly and welcoming. We ate dinner at the pub the first night of our stay and they gave us free drinks and 15% our meal. Super close to the underground as well so it was a highly recommended stay!

Great service and lovely staff

It was so lovely, breakfast was delicious, had great meals and drinks at the pub, and wonderful staff! Would definitely come back! The staff also helped answer questions about getting around the city etc and made our excursions even easier for us!

Charming hotel in the middle of Earl’s Court. Very friendly helpful staff. Food was excellent. Room was a bit snug, but doable for a few nights. There is a lift/elevator…but still a few stairs to get to your room.

Absolutely incredible stay, gutted we were only there for one night! Fabulous breakfast, willing to help, received a discount and voucher on arrival to use in their pub (pies were soooo tasty). Only negative thing would be the lift is slightly slow but honestly not even an issue with limited rooms. I was surprised the lift was there! We were given a free upgrade to the “Hitchcock room” which was beautiful and more than enough space for all needs. Again, amazing stay highly recommend.

The hotel was attractively decorated and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great because a TUBE terminal was a three minute walk away, making it easy to access all parts of London. On the morning we left, breakfast wasn’t formally open until 8:00 am but when we checked out at 7:30 to catch an early train to the airport the receptionist had the breakfast room already set up and invited us have a quick bite before leaving. A great start to our long day of travel back to the states. We would definitely stay here again.

I was traveling with my teenage son on this trip. It was further west than I'd intended for our lodging, but we found the location next to the Earl's Court metro station to be great and we really liked the neighborhood. Convenience stores, dining options, ATMs, and other necessities were all very convenient. The room was great, and we happened to be there the night of the women's Euro 2022 Finals and it was a great atmosphere. We'd definitely stay there again.

Absolutely Amazing!

We loved everything about our stay! We found the room clean, classy, and cozy. The AC worked great and was appreciated. We loved the shower and the fridge with the complimentary bottled water was great to have. The breakfast was one of our favorite parts, which included delicious buffet items in addition to a hot dish we could order from the menu. We also ate here for dinner and it was one of our favorite meals in London. Close to anything you need and the tube. The staff are all wonderful and offered to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. If we ever return to London, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Wonderful room in a great pub. Lovely little touches . Only minor issues no bottled water in room or plug in sink . Forgot to mention. Has Nespresso pod machine and handy for all high street shops including M and S . Breakfast was good though pastries were gone and not replaced by 9 am . Staff were helpful and checking was smooth

Overall positive experience. The only thing that was a minor issue was still having to deal with stairs after using the elevator which was inconvenient when dealing with large suitcases. But I can’t really fault them for it since no doubt it’s an old building and shoehorning an elevator in is going to result in some interesting choices architecturally. But other than that I enjoyed my stay.

We usually stay at the Hotel Indigo next door, but we have enjoyed our meals at The Blackbird and were interested in trying the accommodations. Overall we were satisfied, but the wall behind the toilet had some dirty drippy looking spots that need to be be cleaned, and the bathroom shade was unattached at the top corner. Other than that, the room was clean and nice, although a bit small. The service at breakfast the next morning was poor. There was only one croissant, and it wasn’t even 9:00 yet. When we asked for another, the young woman said it would take 15 minutes to bake another one. Why didn’t they just put out more to begin with?? We also had to go hunt someone down to order tea and coffee, and again to order from the menu. Really a contrast to the good experiences when we have eaten dinner and had drinks there. Still, it’s a nice place in a great location, and we would stay again.

Breakfast was very good but the only thing that was intrusive and annoying is the guest dining area is right next to the busboy / table clear-up and the kitchen so the noise of clattering cutlery and crockery ruined the quiet dining experience. I suggest moving it, or have a curtain to muffle the noise or jaust take more care placing rather than throwing the items into their respective buckets. Sounded more like an army barracks. The lift/elevator constantly got stuck. Otherwise this would be a five star.
