The room was compact but ideal for a short break. I’m never in it very long. Get there, have a shower ,get changed , go out , come back , have a shower get into a comfortable bed wake up ,same again. Go home. Very handy for the Oval cricket ground. Some nice typical London corner pubs in the area . Also very near selection of Portuguese restaurants that stay open late and are all very welcoming. Area is very much typical old school London mixed with high-rise modern which I like. Great staff and a lovely room at a good location .

Reception staff really lovely always well mannered, very easy understanding of the key code and how to access the door etc. although I had a short stay the room was slightly dusty, I wish there was a mini fridge, robes and toothpaste/toothbrushes in the room. However any time I called the front desk the staff were amazing :) will definitely stay again

Great budget hotel. Really impressed with how clean the rooms were and all the amenities offered. Well located for what I needed, a short walk to Vauxhall and Nine Elms tube stations. Much better than a lot of nearby budget hotels, a world apart in fact. Definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly, always greeting you and making you feel welcome.

I like the cleanliness of our accommodation I chose this hotel because it has air conditioning that worked well the first night but second day it was broken and it was super hot outside so we didn’t sleep the second night asked for a fan but they didn’t have any even after they had known the air con was broken all day it was awful and alot of the guests were very unhappy hot and tired I think we should have a refund for the night we endured without the advertised air conditioning

My single bed room was small but quiet. It was in the basement, no windows. But that helped to keep it quiet. Hot water kettle, AC, and TV all worked okay. Towels, coffee, tea, sugar, cream were restocked daily. Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, Danish, juices, fresh fruit, cereals, milk, coffee and tea. Check in and out was easy.

Arrived and reception was quick and efficient, gentleman was very friendly. Room was spotless and had everything I needed, room was very quiet even though I was next to an entrance door so I had a good nights sleep, shower was great with plenty of pressure. Only stayed one night and didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Would definitely recommend for short stays.

Booked this hotel due to its location to the USA Embassy. 10 minute walk. Booked a basic room in the basement with no window for a very reasonable price. Room was actually larger than we expected. Very clean and had been recently decorated. Shower water lovely and warm. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Let us leave our bags while we attended the Embassy. Would definitely stay here again.
