It was my best option for the price, considering I had a flight delay and had to find a hotel at 11pm. It surprised me. All was very good: cleanliness, bed, bathroom. The only thing was the AC on the room, It wasn’t cold enough and the bedding was an excellent goose down, so the combination wasn’t good.

Ok for one night. The rooms are small, but functional. The Hoppa bus stops next door at the Marriott and an easy walk to BW Ariel. Had a problem with the room, but the staff changed our room and issue resolved. Restaurant food and breakfast food was good.

Easy to get to on a London bus from Heathrow bus station. Room was clean. Breakfast was very nice. Shuttle a bit expensive so we went for an Uber next morning to the airport. Would stay again.
