A great property in several older style residences that have been updated with modern conveniences. The staff were accommodating and engaging. Victoria Coach Station is close by and Victoria Station for the underground and trains was a comfortable walk away. Will definitely return.

The family room was small. We stayed across the street from the lobby and the trains seemed right underneath you and kept banging together all night long it seemed and difficult to get good nights sleep. If we stayed here again I would make sure our room is in the main building but not sure that would make any difference as it is very close to Victoria station which is very convenient and the reason we choose it. Would do much more investigating next time. Staff were very pleasant.

We had a great stay! Room was clean and comfortable with an excellent location, numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning worked really good! We were thankful for that as it was a heat wave when we went.

Everything was very clean. The staff goes out of their way to help you. The breakfast was a great selection. Even the air conditioning was very helpful. They exceeded my expectations. I would give them 10 stars if possible. We will be staying here again in the future.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. I would especially recommend it if you're travelling from Heathrow to Victoria by coach, as it's just a stone's throw from the coach station. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was in the basement and there was no lift, so having to use the stairs was a little inconvenient. However, although the room was small, it was clean, tidy and well maintained. It also had air conditioning, which made it very comfortable. A mini fridge in the room would have made my stay even more comfortable.

I love this hotel! Friendly, welcoming staff and clean rooms that are quite large by London standards. It’s steps away from Victoria station and close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.
