We checked in and we had a room downstairs,
The room was very moldy and you can see the water damage on the ceiling and some of the walls,
No one told us that we will be hearing the underground non stop from 5:00 am all the way until 12:00 am and it wasn’t just hearing a noise no it was shaking the room and staff at the front desk some of them were very nice but the midst no they were not nice at all! The area around the hotel is very nice and the hotel has a very close to everything
Very central to everything, hop on/off bus at the corner, staff all excellent and great brekky

Staff very courteous, however the shower if you can cal lit that was a dribble at best. Room was clean. We stayed on the 4 floor with 2 kids and 4 suitcases ( don’t do that 😂).
The staff was great! They were helpful and friendly. The room wasn’t as clean as it could have been (my room at check in still had dirty towels from the previous guest) but other than that it was a great stay.

Great location! Hotel is good, cozy. No hot water, but good value.
I appreciated the good service and the relation betreten service and price.
Even though the cleaning of my room could have been done more thoroughly I enjoyed my stay.
I recommend the breakfast for £7.50.
Ideal location, Paddington station within walking distance, market halls a fabulous place for food and drink and some great little coffee shops in the area to.
The hotel has so many stairs which is very inconvenient. No hot water experience we had, the sheets are not getting charged at all. Not a friendly staff! I am not recommending this place at all. Truly waste of money.
Clean, near station and friendly (!) staff.
The single room was small , but with TV and toilet and shower.
No lift, good English breakfast.
Room cleaning every day.
Be ready to walk up stairs, but otherwise this was a very good hotel. Also close to a train station which made getting around very easy. Staff very friendly.

Room was a tiny room in the basement with a window that couldn't close which was worrying from a safety perspective. Paint peeling from walls and no hot water. On the positive the staff were very pleasant
Good location - easy access to Paddington station on foot as well as central shopping areas by bus.
We cannot ask more for hotels around this area especially with cheap price, so not to compain about the size and condition (old) of the room as long as it is generally cleaned.
But the noise of trains and the bad smell in the bathroom were unpleasant indeed.
Room was in ok condition - the entire neighborhood has just turned into cheap hotels. Massive noise from the subway running beneath it. Didn’t really bother me, but I bet most people would be very upset about it. Location is good enough if you’re needing to be around Paddington station. I would say this room is still priced about 30% too high for what you get. welcome to London folks.
