Our room was a good size, but the bathroom was miniscule , far too small, it couldn’t have been any smaller. Luckily there was a small lobby between the room and the bathroom, we used to leave the bathroom door open plus put a hand towel on the floor as the water went everywhere. The location was great as were the staff, plenty of tea and coffee provided, if we came back I’d like a room with a bigger bathroom

Rooms was very very small only just fit the bed in. Beds were so uncomfortable stayed for 2 nights and nearly gave up after night one. Still had hair in the shower from previous guests. Great location-(which I know that’s what you pay for) Staff very friendly was able to park my car outside which was ideal.

This worked for a one night stay with a family of three. Restaurants are a short walk away. Area felt safe. The room easily accommodates 4 persons. This is not the best location if you are travelling with a lot of luggage as there is no lift and the stairway And hallways are narrow. The rooms were clean.

The hotel is a great location 5 min walk from Paddington station. The hotel is an older building and there is no lift and I was on the 3rd floor. The room was very small but had tea and coffee making facilities however the room only had 2 electric sockets half way up the wall behind the TV, a small extension lead was in the room but i still had to position the kettle in front of the door in order for it to reach. The milk that was with the tea and coffee seamed to have gone off as it tasted 'lemony' and curdled when I added to my tea. The room had a shared bathroom which I was aware of when I booked but the bathroom was not on the same floor as my room. Slippers and tooth brush and tooth paste plus towels were included in my room and the shared bathroom was very clean with plenty of hot water and soap and shampoo included. The hotel does not do breakfast but the staff were very friendly and the room was very cheap for this part of london, I would stay here again

The staircase is pretty small and hard to climb especially with kids, the rooms were HOT (there was only a small portable fan for a family room with 3 beds), the cleaning was below average - dirty mugs were not taken or replaced, sugar was not replaced. Good location, clean and beds were good size with a nice bathroom. The issue was no temp control. We had a basement room which somehow stayed warm and stuffy. We opened the windows which helped but we were then Inundated with smoke (to include weed smoke). With the kids this was a problem.
