I was very happy with my choice. The hotel has a very convenient location from and to different airports, while being in the very center of the city. Though is not a boutique or design-focused hotel and the room are not very large, it offers a solid hospitality experience that made my solo travel more smooth and pleasant. The staff is extremely helpful and prepared. And, because of the hotel's location, I felt very well connected with the rest of the city.

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was very convenient and safe. Close to the hop on/off bus, tube station, and walking distance to Covent Garden/Theatres. Bed was comfy and my single room cozy with everything I needed for a nice stay. I thought the breakfast offerings were very good and loved the garden in the back to enjoy my coffee. The lobby is very welcoming and a nice place to sit and socialize. Will definitely stay here again when in London.

From checking in with Siobahn, who was such a marvellous credit to the hotel, she was so helpful, giving advice and genuine warmth. A small amount of parking under the hotel was a boon, safe and close to the main routes out of London. They had done lovely small touches like earplugs in the rooms, as London can be a noisy city. Fans for this heatwave, also available. Lovely garden courtyard to escape the heat with drinks. Very close to Russell Tube station to get around. I would stay again.

No air conditioning which is becoming increasingly necessary now. Have to open windows which makes it noisy being on a main road. Small table fan was noisy. Room and bathroom tight space but clean. Overall the hotel was clean. Should add small towels for bathing if using liquid soap.
