Great location and price

The hotel was in a great location. Good price. The staff were very good at helping us if required. Even amending their system as we had 2 bookings for a 3 day period that they helped ensure we didnt need to change rooms

Nice Room

Nice quiet area, room was big enough for me being a single. It was a very hot night but the fan provided helped a little. The guy on reception was great, even popped outside in the garden occasionally for a chat, great customer service. Thank you.

Perfect post-theatre stay

Loved it here, super handy for an overnight after the theatre. Quick and easy walk to/from the station, rooms were nice if a little bit cramped. Really friendly staff, would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the quiet rooms in a quiet neighborhood for 3 and then 4 nights. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, the first room the shower did not work but it was fixed the next day. The second room had a mattress that might be too soft for someone with back problems, but it was ok for me. The hotel is close to public transportation and convenient. It was a nice place to be.

Super Friendly

Stayed here many times. Not a corporate concrete box, just easy, clean and super friendly. Great choice for a simple overnight on business or a few days away. Always stay here if I’m in London.

The lady on reception in the day was lovely and a credit to Balham Lodge. The room and public areas were clean and tidy. Location was great, about a 10-minute walk from Balham station with the northern line and national rail. There is also a bus stop near the front of the Lodge. I would stay again at Balham Lodge in a flash!
