Very spacious, comfortable living space, stairs were a bit steep specially with a toddler in toe and checking in at 3pm was a little awkward waiting around otherwise good experience all around

The apartment had everything you need. It was very basic - and the biggest drawback was the noise levels. You could hear everything happening outside while trying to sleep. Great location and apartment was ok. There was a smell coming from the plumbing that was worse on the last day.

Generally a nice comfortable space for a family of 4 or 5. Only gripe is that shower amenities provided were stingy - 1 tiny bottle each of body soap, shampoo and conditioner for 5 people over 4 nights.

A bit hard to find. Inside, the apartment itself was lovely. Comfortable and spacious. The location / street outside was a bit noisy, being quite close to a pub, with people drinking outside on the street on the evening that I was there.

Apartments were good however our apartment was on the top floor we had to climb a lot of stairs..but once inside apartment was good nicely done clean and comfortable.we felt the hallway and stair need a major update ..would not like to have to carry heavy suitcase up these stairs ..would stay again but would have to be on ground floor

Disgusting entrance but clean room

The entrance to the property is disgusting, crooked stairs going up to the room and the carpet looks like it’s never been hoovered! The apartment room itself was clean and spacious. Although in the morning some kid of dryer was on downstairs and was shaking the whole kitchen!!

Stylish and convenient

Excellent location, reasonable price, beautifully furnished and appointed, easy to find and very quiet. The only small problems were the message sent with 'key' instructions, which obscured the email address (it sent as dashes only), and the lack of coat hooks and other creature comforts in the entry.

Fantastic apartmemt

A fantastic apartment in a great location. We stayed at the weekend so the surrounding area was very quiet, fine for us as we had plans elsewhere. The apartment is in excellent condition and very clean. Communication was good, access is via an app. My only other comment would be that it needs better signage outside (only street address is shown, not apartment name)

Great for the city centre with a family of 5

I found this apartment to be very competitively priced and great for a family of 5. Very close to Farringdon and Chancery Lane tube so very central, but quiet at night. The communication with the manager was excellent. The only issue is we want to back and it appears they only accept 7day bookings now. Apart from that, highly recommend.

Great space, download digital key before travel

Excellent accommodations in an ideal location in London. The rooms are spacious and clean, appliances in perfect working order. We did struggle with the digital key, registration required SMS text messaging, not just WiFi, so beware if traveling internationally. Also our key expired unexpectedly the second day of our stay without warning. The second bedroom in our apartment was locked for some unknown reason when we arrived and required digital key to open. Altogether minor inconveniences and easily remedied by a very responsive Avari reservation service via WhatsApp. We would stay here again.

Pros: The apartment was in the perfect location for the event we were attending, and there are plenty of food and drink shops nearby. Very characterful part of London. The apartment (A) was very spacious, clean and well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. Perfectly serviceable for our needs, and if you were using it for longer business stays would be a home away from home. Cons: The photo we were sent of the building, was not the actual building. Not very helpful on a cold, wet and dark evening when your arms are full of luggage. There also isn't on site parking as advised on the website. The NCP isn't far away (10 mins slow walk) but very annoying as that was one of our search criteria. The lock box was tricky to open (possibly because it and we were so cold) and the common areas are very scruffy. An armchair in addition to the sofa would be nice, and a better storage place for the vacuum cleaner and fold-out bed than in the lounge would improve the look. Soundproofing between levels appears to be non-existent; we could hear every step the upstairs tenants took, but luckily they didn't move around that much.

Good, Quiet location. Easy access to tube

Appreciated the apartment space and location. Apartment inside was very clean and modern. Great place to stay. One TV in living room with streaming apps. Kitchen nice, bathroom with rain shower. Just short walk from Farringdon station which was easy to navigate, jump on Circle line for sightseeing. Places to eat just a block or two away. Street itself is in jewelry area, quiet, had a little trash but very safe. Appreciated that area was less busy than main tourist areas but easy to access anywhere you want to go. Had to dowload app Dormakaba BlueSky Access app for digital key to get into building and apartment. There were similar dormakaba app so had to make sure it was BlueSky one. There was no problem using it once I downloaded right app and held screen face of my phone to lock in order to open. Just keep phone charged and have wifi. Communication by email and then whatsapp was great.

The property management communication has been minimal. The key access issue that is reported in several other property reviews was the issue. Half of our phones could sync with the Bluetooth app and the other half could not after numerous attempts. I requested a late checkout and their system makes you pay the fee prior to having the request granted. I paid the fee and then management provided a statement that they were having issues with key access for late checkouts. So, that left the time from 11 to 1 questionable if I would have access to the property. I declined immediately and prior to the normal check out time that due to the access situation, I would not need the late check out option. I requested a refund and have emailed them seven times and I have not yet received the funds. Great location! However, lack of communication and refund is not appreciated.

Difficult to know what you’ll get

The Avanti Apartments are a group of accommodations that are located near each other; Each one is different. I stayed in unit B in property 16. I found out which unit I would be about two hours before check in time. There is a lot to like… luxury touches like monogrammed towels, plush robes, and high-quality soaps. The fit and finish on the apartment were great, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The bed was comfortable… but there were a few things that will lead me to look elsewhere the next time I make my way to London. The pile of mail at the door as soon as you enter the building made it difficult to get a suitcase in the street-level door and up the narrow staircase. The beautiful bathroom had a strong smell of sulfur from the shower drain - closing the door made the apt smell better, but left you with a difficult room for a shower, and the bedroom is located on the street side of the building instead of the quieter back part of the apartment. This small street in front of the building was noisy late at night and early in the morning. The closed windows block much of the noise, but leave the room warm and stuffy. Unfortunately, I could (loudly) hear my relatively quiet upstairs neighbors even as they talked at normal levels and walked around above me. The listing is certainly priced to take these short comings into account - next time I’ll remind myself that London is expensive and pay a bit more for different accommodations.

They went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of! They were quick to respond to everything, even our last minute request to come in early. I do wish they would have disclosed that the extra beds were roll away and during the year waivers we only had 1 fan to share between 4 people. It is close to everything. Lots of cute places to get coffee or food. Even the corner market was very close and easy to purchase what we needed.
