Room was great, we were upgraded on arrival so our room had a window. The room was clean and spacious, with a wet room, which was very welcome as we have mobility issues. Emergency cord within easy reach I was impressed. The breakfast was good but the view was spectacular. I thoroughly recommend it if you need to be close to Chinatown and Westend theatre.

Truly above and beyond customer service. We showed up 4 hours early after not sleeping all night on our flight, just hoping to leave our bags, and Adam said since he had a room available he’d gladly just check us in.
