Great location close to shopping, restaurants, the Tube, major road artery. Quiet room recently renovated, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub (unusual!), air conditioning - such an asset during the heat wave in London. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would recommend.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at the Ashburn. The location is fabulous - only a 3 minute walk from the Gloucester road tube station, making getting around the city cheap and easy. The rooms are bigger than any others that I found in my search and the beds are comfortable. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The breakfast is yummy!

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size for a London hotel and very comfortable. Great location, less than 5 minute walk to coffee shops, pubs, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy. Simple, clean and affordable, in a great spot very close to the Piccadilly line which will get you from Heathrow to all the big central London stops. Very helpfully held our bags for us on the last day while we wandered around as well. Would definitely stay again.

The concierge was lovely. Continental breakfast was also very nice, and the lady that served us was very helpful and kind. I was a little disappointed in the room. There was a dent in the headboard. There was a hole in the bathtub. The floor tiles in the restroom were cracked, and you couldn’t plug a hairdryer in. You had to dry your hair in the closet, which was large and there was a full length mirror and a safe. There was no outlet to plug in the teapot, so I had to plug that in on the floor. The location was excellent close to many wonderful restaurants and two grocery stores.
