Great design to the whole hotel and rooms. Staff were very helpful. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant which has a nice chilled atmosphere. The pizzas were good and not expensive. Breakfast is table service with no buffet at all which is unusual. If you book a breakfast inclusive rate you can choose anything off the menu. Tube is about 2 mins away. Obviously there are loads of shops and restaurants in the development. We went into the rooftop jacuzzi. The pool was too cold for me in January but some people were enjoying it. Not a feature of the hotel but our room overlooked Battersea Dogs Home and we loved watching the dogs being trained in the outdoor spaces and meeting their new owners. Ask for this if you like dogs!
