Compliments to housekeeping for keeping the small room clean. The art’otel at Battersea is priced as and tries to be a premium hotel but falls short. It’s best asset is location. Otherwise it is common. Our upgraded room (higher floor) had no view beyond the apartment building across the outdoor mall - you cannot see the Power Station from any rooms (I think; ours for sure), only from the rooftop or Joia (restaurant). Tozi, the main floor restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and is good. Service was hit or miss for us. I have this 3-3.5 star hotel a rating of 3.5.

Loved the rooftop pool and the decor. Backing bathroom and comfy bed. Enjoyed exploring the area. Negative - The pillows were hard and lumpy and not of a good standard for this type of hotel.

What a beautiful hotel!! Our room was gorgeous, the rooftop pool was amazing (and warm!), sauna and steam room great, and fabulous breakfast. Loved it all.

The breakfast was amazing, and we will certainly be returning for that alone! Pool was very quiet with fantastic views. The only disappointment was that we were hoping to enjoy the views in the bar on the Sunday evening, but it had already closed at 9pm!

Couldn't have asked for more from our stay here - we enjoyed the rooftop pool, the room was clean and had nice products in it and we appreciated the drinks voucher from the staff to help us celebrate in the restaurant! Would stay again.

The service lift to swimming pool was used after 12pm by staff despite notices especially at night when cold winds blew froze for 15 minutes. Later discovered other lifts opposite side served the location. The safety gate was loose in the wind reported but next day still open for 14 story fall at night when dimly lit as half pool lights not working. Otherwise food was excellent as were service staff

Very comfortable stay and great location

I quite enjoyed my stay at the Art’otel. The staff were friendly and room very comfortable. The train line was right outside the window but didn’t find it noisy. It’s in a great location right next to the Battersea Power Station and is close to lots of restaurants and transport. It’s also across the road from Battersea Park. The lighting is automated but very easy to use.
