The staff were very helpful. The rooms are too small. Hazardous pathways to the rooms. Unexpected steps. The location is excellent and is very convenient to Kings Cross station and there are plenty of eating places.

Clean, comfortable hotel, very close to Kings Cross. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The reception area is a bit daunting and looks like a hostel, but don't be put off; staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Perfect for an overnight stay with reasonable rates

Very convenient for anything in London, only a short walk to kings cross. Excellent cafe for breakfast nearby, a 24hr Morrisons down the road. The room itself was clean, bed comfy, and quiet will definitely stay again

The hotel is small and well run - it is also rather spartan, but was perfect for us: great location, easy access to the tube, a pub within a block was great for breakfast and it and another were good spots for an afternoon/evening pub meal. Staff was quite helpful locating things in the area, as well. It is not a luxury spot, but is great for a place to sleep while exploring London - we'd go back.

Great location and so easy for Kings Cross, neighbourhood fine, couple of coffee shops and pubs nearby. Room and en-suite both clean although decor and carpeting is a little dated, decent size for a twin room. Staff pleasant. Excellent value for money I’d definitely stay here again.

We were there for 13 nights as we toured London. Perfect location as the tube was a 6 minute walk. It is London, so we didn't expect air conditioning or an availability of ice cubes, but we had a heat wave for the entire stay. I, of course, don't blame Arriva...just a victim of circumstance lol. The price of our stay was very good for a 2-star hotel. Everything was clean and the service was efficient. Would definitely recommend Arriva!!
