Nice place and served us well in terms of location an basic amenities. Rooms were very small but we just needed a place to lay our heads at night. I like the feel the place which is 200+ years old. Apart from a huge piece of plaster hanging in the entrance, the place was nice. Leaving our luggage there while we went sightseeing our last day was a huge plus

The hotel is much older than expected even though you noticed the owner has been trying to maintain the best of its condition. My room is clean in general except the carpet with tones of marks. I am a thin woman but the toilet is literally tiny. I can't even close the door when I went to the toilet. The flush just keep refilling water after flushing. The noise is loud and long-lasting. Check-in staff is helpful. But if the breakfast staff could be more friendly and welcoming to customers I'm sure the travellers would have a better experience living in your hotel. Thank you for the hospitality after all.

A small, quiet hotel. The rooms are small, but it's a Victorian building. Our room overlooked the garden. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom has a massage shower—very nice after a tiring day. Toiletries are provided. There's a hot drinks corner. Plenty of storage space. It's a quiet and relaxing place to relax. The location is excellent—public transportation, attractions, and plenty of cafes and restaurants are nearby or within a short walk. Breakfast options include hot, sandwiches, and light options. All requests were taken into account. I recommend it.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel well located. Its on a pretty quiet street and O had no problems with outside noise. The room itself was small but functional ans lld very clean. The TV had not been PAT tested since 2018 and there was a hole in the ceiling where they was once a smoke alarm. The bed was also pretty creaky. Overall its a friendly hotel, very clean and very affordable. Probably just needs a bit of routine maintenance to get it up to scratch.
