Consistent sewage smell in the bathroom, unbearable. Management did not do anything for the water blockage in the bathroom. Location is convenient for king cross station. Some homeless people in the park infront of the building, yelling during night time. For the same price or even little less, Mina Hotel by PLI is way better in a great posh location.

The place is convenient to a very central train station that can get you wherever you want to go, is clean, quiet, chill, and simple. No frills and the rooms are small, but gives you everything you need. The staff is polite, helpful, and friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed here and found the hotel to be very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful. We had no issues with the service at all. The only downside was the noise from the guests above us. We could hear constant stomping, loud talking, yelling, and speakerphone conversations late into the night and again early in the morning, between 7 and 9 a.m. Since we were staying on the basement level, the noise was quite disruptive. Perhaps requesting a quieter room on a different floor would help. Hotel staff talked to them both times. Otherwise, we had a good stay and would recommend this place.

Good price for where it is, very handy for Eurostar. I had a basement room which was ok. The bed was comfy, it had a TV and a kettle...which is a plus. There's a lot of light coming under the door and other residents can be noisy. Bring ear plugs and an eye mask!! Apples and bottled water was a nice touch.
