The hotel is in a very good location close to everything and the Tower Bridge is like 2 mins away. The staff were exceptionally nice and very accommodating and helpful thank you it does make a difference when staying at the hotel. Also the room was super clean with free toiletries and tea and coffee, it had a lovely bath tub as well as a shower. We really enjoyed our time here and it’s rare to find a hotel this nice and clean in London so we’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks :)
