Ankom til et køleskab der var i styker og havde mug i det. Da det endelig blev "fikset" på 3. dagen larmede det så meget at min kone og jeg havde problemer med at sove. Forvent ikke at 24/7 telefonen er betjent 24/7, måtte ringe flere gange til dem for at tale omkring køleskabet den første dag.

all information needed was provided by e-mail before our arrival. the room had everything we needed and the location was great for getting around. We walked to our theatre show and used the tube station at the end of the road to arrive and leave London.

Very poor communication Had no heating for 2 days and no hot shower. Would not answer any calls when reporting the issues or offer alternative accommodation Also found a condom wrapper at the side of main bed, where my 6 month old twins were sleeping!

Location was great, but there had clearly been a leak in the lounge and ceiling was fowl. Shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years - to the point where I was looking to clean myself. Such a shame, as would have been perfect if clean and decorated.

Appartement tres bien situé, le systeme de code a l'entrée est tres utile... appartement tres fonctionnel et suffisamment spacieux pour 4 mais la literie (surtout le canape lit du salon) est plus qu'inconfortable surtout pour des adultes (voire impossible dans le salon).. la propreté laisse aussi a désirer malgre le menage quotidien...

Etat de la literie (lit et canapé ) très mediocre. On sentait tous les ressorts des matelas. Equipements manquants pour 4 personnes (3 chaises, 3 cuilleres, 3 serviettes). Une seule petite casserole utilisable, les autres etant en tres mauvais etat. Propete du sol laissant à désirer. Bruit exterieur dans la chambre tres penible la nuit car simple vitrage. Radiateur de la chambre ne fonctionnant pas alors qu il faisait tres froid dehors. Immeuble bruyant. Appartement bien placé pres de lignes de bus et de metro. Sanitaires propres.

It was ok in a good location. The mattress on the bed was horrendous and the fridge was making a lot of noise all through the night but it was clean and did the job for an overnight. I wouldn't have wanted to stay more than the one night though.

Bathroom was not clean and wifi didnt work. When tried to reach them on phone it was answered only on our first day.well furnished but conditions werent good and could be improved easily by cleaning. Location was good.

掃除機かけてないのかな？床がザラザラ。埃だらけ。 テーブルの上も　除菌シートで拭いたら　真っ黒だった。 お安いし　それなりに覚悟はしていってたのですが、ポットは使う気はおこらなかった。 レンジと洗濯機（前の人の靴下が残っていたし、埃を掃除してから）使いました。 チェックアウト前日、ホテルの戻るとWifiのパスワードを変えられていて困った。 リフトはないので　4階までスーツケースを運ぶの想像以上に大変でした。 駅から近いことと　パブがあって遅くまでやってる店が近いのは、便利でした

Didn't provide a cot for our baby that we had requested. Tried calling when we arrived multiple times, no answer. Managed to email but they couldn't help us with a cot until next day and said that no one reads the section of the booking where we had requested a cot. Refused to refund the charge for additional person even though they didn't provide ANYTHING for the 'additional person' - no bed, towel or bed linen. Nowhere for our baby to sleep, had to purchase a cot ourselves. Wotif tried to ask for a refund but they refused because they had offered us a cot the next day which we said we didn't need because we had to purchase one anyway. Place wasn't very clean. Great location however and I guess you get what you pay for as it was reasonably priced.

tous les avantages d'un appartement et ceux d'un hotel réunis change et nettoyage tous les jours café thé lait sucre à profusion à notre arrivée et assez pour une semaine voire plus un code pour l entrée et un pour l appartement donc pas de check in avec retards ou autres et vous les recevez par mail 2 ou 3 jours avant un numéro de contact en cas d urgence un rapport qualité / prix excellent 9/10 car paddigton gare et metro 200m hyde park 500m lancaster gate metro 500 m marble arch 900m magasin de proximité et resto tout type steackhouse ,macdo,burger king,kebab,resto indien libanais chinois bref de quoi trouver son bonheur seul point négatif équipement de cuisine pour celui qui veut cuisiner pour 2 ca va ' c est un peut trop juste ma prochaine réservation à londres sera cet endroit j y trouve toutes les facilités que je recherches et surtout 200m a pied avec valise c est un pur bonheur

I never received the check in email they were supposed to send, then when I got in late to London, sat on the street with my family with all of our luggage, and my disabled daughter in her wheelchair, while I called 10+ times and Expedia made many attempts as well. They never answered the phone they claim is 24/7. After 2 hours of trying to contact the property, had to move to another (more expensive) hotel. Worst hotel experience ever!
